With a Bachelor’s from the University of Southern California, a Master’s in Engineering Management, and a Doctorate from the University of Sharjah, Dr. Khalid has served at the highest levels of UAE government — from Deputy Director of Sharjah Municipality to Advisor to the Minister of Public Works. Today, he leads three firms spanning engineering consultancy, arbitration, and soil testing.
